These high school students will no longer be allowed to wear skirts to school.

A Cherokee high school student says school dress codes that focus on female attire deliver the wrong message that girls are responsible for what boys think and do.

A dress code is acceptable to keep students from dressing inappropriately. But sometimes it's a 95 degree day and a student wants to wear a tank top to keep from getting sweat stains on their clothes. In some schools, things like tank tops aren't allowed.
