One of the clearest memories I have from childhood is how I would lay my head in my mom’s lap during church on Sunday’s while she played with my hair. This image reminds me of that ❤️ It’s that in between age, where they still need you so much but the affection they give you has to be on their terms. It serves as a reminder to me about how fleeting this season really is.
