The Osirion, also known as "The Tomb of Osiris". Attributed to Seti I, is located near his temple at Abydos and believed to have been constructed during the 18th dynasty. A unique structure in egyptian architecture, bearing resemblance to the Old Kingdom Valley and Sphinx Temples at Giza, there remains disagreement as to its true age and function. It is the only egyptian temple to have been built below ground.
