SAFETY IS PRIORITY ONE
We have a strong safety culture at RoadMasters that includes our “Safety is Priority One” program. This program is shared and supported by our staff, agents and driving force. We understand and recognize that we have a moral obligation to our employees, contractors, customers and the motoring public to be the safest motor carrier on the roadways. We have invoked a forward-thinking safety model that empowers contractors and employees to find proactive solutions in all aspects of our business. Safety on the highway and in the workplace reaches deep into our overall corporate culture, and our goal is to maintain the safest fleet possible for our customers, community and drivers by making “Safety Priority One.”

Freight driver requirements:
- Must be 23 years of age
- Class A CDL
- 1 year OTR within last 3 years for the same type of driving operation they are applying for
- 6 months of open deck experience within last 2 years if applying for flatbed
- Satisfactory work record
- Knowledge of DOT Regulations
- Pass pre-hire and random drug & alcohol testing
- Acceptable CSA Score
- Acceptable criminal background check
Toter driver requirements:
- Must be 23 years of age
- Class A CDL
- 6 months current OTR experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- Able to pass a D.O.T Physical (or least 6 mos left on current) and D.O.T. Drug Screen
- No DUI convictions in Past 5 Years
- No more than 2 moving violations in past 12 months (rolling)
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in 36 months
- Must meet all requirements of Parts 391 FMCSR
