The 48th annual "Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks" in New York City will be broadcasted live, featuring a star-studded lineup of musical performances that includes some Nashville's favorite country music artists.

The program, a tradition since 1976, will take place live by the Hudson River and air on NBC on Thursday.

Musical performers including Lainey Wilson, Shaboozey and more will hit the stage before and during a firework display, which will be broadcast as more than 60,000 firework shells explode over 1,000 feet in the air.
