I haven't played for over 2 months. Decided to redownload Apex for the new quad mode that my friends wanted me to play. And my account was banned for violating terms and services. It then states to check my email about the ban, but there is nothing in my inbox about it. I put in a case about it and it was immediately declined. I have no idea why my apex was banned and not even given a reason why.

Hi there, @IAmGamerFun
Normally, you're sent an email with the general reason for the ban. Be sure to check any spam/junk folders. If you still can't find it, a case can be opened with an advisor. They should be able to let you know. Cases can be opened by following the instructions here. They also can submit another dispute for you.

The email was finally sent. And it said I was banned for cheating. But again I haven't played in the past 2 to 3 months. Last time I played it was on console too. It wasn't even my Xbox it was my roommates at the time. I never cheated at the game. But I was banned. I want my account back because this is wrong, I shouldn't have to be punished because of the actions of someone else

If someone else accesses your account and does something that breaks the rules, that is still your responsibility as it is is up to you to make sure others aren't able to play on your account. You're welcome to dispute the ban by following the instructions in the article here.
