Have you upgraded to Windows 11 22H2? There is a known issue with 22H2 right now.

Do a cleanboot , follow instruction at site.
Dont touch microsoft processes, but disable all othe programs.
Test your game and let me know what it did !

Cleanboot is just once a cleanboot ! Next reboot its is reset to normal boot. But with msconfig you can disable apps from booting with windows, check instructions below:

Use the keyboard shortcut “Windows Key + R” and the “Run” window will open. In the text box, write “msconfig” and press Enter or OK and the MsConfig window will open".
Select the tab STARTUP , and disable programs by right click at them
!
