@Smoke-Monster-G that's very true. Problem appears randomly in random periods of time even if nothing was changed in terms of game settings/drivers/hardware. It's super weird how EA don't give a sh about this problem, no official statement, no tutorial how to fix it. NOTHING. Now i playing also in BF 1 and there a bit another issue started for no reason - like DirectX window error after game crashes to desktop. It looks like all what EA touches works like piece of crap!

Its happening here all the time too. I really dont know what should i do. Clean the cache folder, verify files in Steam, reinstall drivers, run the game as administrator..

This is so annoying we cant play this sh*...

Im playing BF4 again and its super nice and smooth. So sad.

I've had this problem for a while and took forever to fix, hope this helps anyone having it too

What I tried:
- Reinstall nvidia driver

- Clean install nvidia driver using DDU

- reset the nvidia control panel
- Installed Intel driver & Support Assistant to check for any out of date drivers

- Lower the monitor refresh rate from 165Hz to 144Hz

- Installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable
- Updated direct X drivers

- Turned off XMP in bios so ram is running stock speeds

- Repaired Windows from Command Prompt , Scan the image to check for corruption. This operation will take several minutes. type the following command:

  Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

  Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

  sfc/scannow

- Ran Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool to check for faulty ram

- Removed anything related to ASUS Armory create

- Disbaled/Uninstalled Realtek drivers in Device manager since I have Amp/Dac

After lured by yt to play shitfield againg, one night of semi decent gameplay, then full crashing and game uninstalls by itself. Very good pc, no oc, payes a lot tonplay game w/ bro, this game is cool but unf unplayable. 3/10.

My game kept on crashing as well. One time I decided to uninstall another game which was like a 160GB, after that game hasn't crashed. So I think the game needs around 300GB(that was my case, I initially had like 150 GB only free, I don't know the exact SSD space required though) free for the game to run smoothly
