Where is EOAE Joe Hart?

Surely after all the players who’ve received EOAE cards recently, Joe Hart would get one? Went to Celtic and became a hero before retiring. Barely been a Celtic special card in the last few years.

Seriously, how has he still not got one? Spent the whole year building a Celtic past & present completely sure he would get an eoae card and now I have to use his silver card. Shots flying in from everywhere.
