Creating an online account provides Sam's Club members with additional benefits and capabilities that are only offered through our online shopping experience:

  • Update your Membership and cardholder information.
  • Order and pay online with Curbside Pickup, we will have your items ready at the club.
  • Upgrade your membership or setup auto renew and never have to worry about missing renewal again.
  • Shop online with an extended assortment and other online exclusives:
  • Utilize the  Business Center and Photo services for customized solutions.
  • Most ISB items offer free shipping. Skip a trip to the club and pay the same amount to have the items sent right to your home. See the current Instant Savings Book.
  • Special Order Tires that aren't stocked in our clubs. SPO Tires can arrive at a club of your choosing in 3-5 business days or next day depending on brand.

Why can't I register my online account?

Registration problems can occur due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your membership number and first/last name must be entered exactly as they appear on your Sam's Club membership card
  • If your email address was previously registered with another Membership account, you will receive a prompt to contact us for help resolving the issue

 

How to create a SamsClub.com account?

Creating an online account provides Sam's Club members with additional benefits and capabilities that are only offered through our online shopping experience:

  • From the Sign in page, select Register your membership
  • Confirm your Membership
    • Your membership number and first/last name must be entered exactly as they appear on your Sam's Club membership card
  • Each cardholder should create their own online account

With an online account, you can do so much more...

  • Update your Membership and cardholder information
  • Utilize Auto Renew and never let your Membership expire
  • Customize your communication preferences and receive emails or texts about promotions and Pickup notifications 
  • Shop online with an extended assortment and other online exclusives
  • Order and pay online with Pickup, and we will have your items ready at the club. We'll even text you when its ready
  • Utilize Business Printing and Photo services for customized solutions
  • Use our tire finder to make sure your tires are proven safe for your specific vehicle. Order from our whole catalog including the tires that aren't available in our clubs
 

How do I sign in and out of my online account?

Sign in to your account using these simple steps:

  1. Visit SamsClub.com
  2. Sign in right of the search bar at the top of any page
  3. Complete the two required fields, email and password
  • If you already have a Membership, but this is your first time shopping online; you must register the Membership to create your online account
  • If you have the Sam's Club app, your account is already created 

To Sign out:

Select the account dropdown at the right of the Search bar and select Sign Out at the bottom of the account options.

How do I update my account information?

Please Read Before Resetting/Changing/Deleting Email:

Update or add personal information like phone number, email and delivery address to your account. Changing the email address associated with a membership will also delete any saved payment information. It is better to reset your password if your account was potentially compromised.

  • Sign in to your online account
  • Navigate to the My Account page by highlighting Your account and select Account information from the dropdown
  • Under the Membership heading, click the Personal information on the left panel of account options
  • Select the account information to change and click the Edit or Change links
  • Update your info and click the [Save] button once completing the changes
  • Your screen will return to the Summary page once changes have been saved
  • To add, edit or delete addresses, go to Address book 
  • Need to renew or want to check your renewal date:  www.samsclub.com/account/renew
  • If you are having trouble updating your account, please visit the Member Service Desk at any club or contact us

NOTE: For security reasons Sam's Club does not allow name or DOB changes for primary members online, and without a DOB on file, updating any info won't be saved successfully. Please visit the Member Service Desk at your local club for these changes. Photo ID required.

 

 

How do I change my password?

  • Sign in to your account
  • Next, navigate to the My Account page by highlighting the Your account dropdown and select Account information
  • Under the Membership heading, click the Personal information link on the left-hand side of the page
  • Next, click the 'Change' link in line with your password
  • Enter your Current password* and then type your New password*
  • Click the [Save] button to update your SamsClub.com account password
  • Your screen will return to the Account Summary page once you have saved any changes
  • Your new password must be different from the original password, or you will receive an error message and be prompted to select a new password 
  • If you need help resetting your password, please contact us

NOTE:  This change is applied to your login and account email address. To protect sensitive information and prevent fraud or identity theft, you will be required to re-enter your credit card information and security code any time account information is changed.

How do I change my email address?

Please Read Before Resetting/Changing Email: If your email address was previously registered with another Membership account, you will receive a prompt to contact us for help resolving the issue.

Changing the email address associated with a membership/online account will delete any saved credit/debit card information. It is better to reset your password if you fear your account has been compromised.

  • Sign in to your account
  • Next, navigate to the My Account page by highlighting the Your account dropdown and select Account information
  • Under the Membership heading, click the Personal information link on the left-hand side of the page
  • Next, click the 'Change' link in line with your email
  • Enter your new email address in the corresponding text boxes
  • Enter your current password in the final text box
  • Click the [Save] button to update your email information
  • Your screen will return to the Account Summary page once you have saved any changes
  • For your protection, a notification email is sent to both email addresses. If you receive a notification that your account's email address was changed, and you did not make the change, please contact us at 1-888-746-7726 immediately 

NOTE:  This change is applied to your login and account email address. To protect sensitive information, you will be required to re-enter your credit card information and 3-digit security code any time your account email is changed. 
 

How do I change my home club?

Change your home club from any screen on SamsClub.com

  • Highlight the Your club dropdown right of the Search bar near the top of the screen (a list of the closest clubs will automatically populate with your current club at the top)
  • At the bottom of the club section, select the Find other clubs link. A window will pop up asking for Zip code or city and State. Click the [Find] button after entering this info 
  • A list of the closest clubs will show in descending order. Click the Make this your club link beneath the club distance measurement to select a new Home club. You can change this at any time when traveling or vacationing
  • You can also use our Club Finder to find any club in the United States by ZIP code or city and state

 

How do I make changes to my default payment method?

Adding a payment method:
  • Sign in to your SamsClub.com account
  • From the Account information page, scroll down to the Checkout preferences heading at the left of the page
  • Click on the Payment methods link, then click on the [ + Add ] button
  • Enter your information in the text boxes. You may opt to use a nickname (limited to 35 characters) for each new listing
  • Make this your default payment method by clicking on the check box on the lower left-hand side of the form
  • Click [Save] to add your card information
 
Changing/updating a payment method already on file:
  • Sign in to your SamsClub.com account
  • From the Account information page, scroll down to the Checkout preferences heading at the left of the page
  • Click the Payment methods page, and select the edit link in line with the card that you need to alter
  • Make the required changes (name/card number/expiration/cvv) and click [Save] once completed
 
Removing a payment method:
  • Sign in to your SamsClub.com account
  • From the Account information page and under the Checkout preferences heading at the left of the page, select the Payment methods page, and select the 'Remove' link in line with the card that you wish to remove*
  • Click [Yes] to remove the card or [No] to go back

*You will not be able to remove your default payment method if you have Auto Renew enabled. Where your default card will be automatically billed to renew your membership on your annual renewal date. How to change Auto Renew settings
