A consumer travel company that sells epic experiences that I am quite frankly jealous of! - Senior Growth Marketing Manager: Full funnel growth role, with an emphasis on paid and retention channels. - Senior Brand Manager: Owning multiple brands and campaigns across global events seasonally. 🌎 Both new roles are paying 65k salary with the opportunity to travel in the role (again, these trips look epic!). Reporting to the CMO, you will be an early-stage hire in the team as they go through a transformation period and look to build a highly sophisticated marketing department. Appreciation Post: 1st day back to the office today and excited to kick off H2! I took 2 weeks off work for the first time in 15 years and in hindsight it was overdue. Sometimes you don’t realise you need a proper break until you truly step away and stop and get some perspective on it all. I am probably like many others that gets in a routine and you can become on a hamster wheel without realising when it’s time to take a breather. I banned myself from emails and the warm weather, naps by the pool, audiobooks, reading and rounds of golf did just the trick. Probably put about a stone on in weight but there’s a plan for that which started with PT at 6:30am this morning! I am really fortunate to have two brilliant business partners Chris Devlin and David Terry. Our partnership means we can take time out of the business to fully recharge and have complete confidence in each other that the business continues. For me this is invaluable. All seemed to run smoothly without me so maybe I need to go away more often 😉 I am grateful for our wonderful team that we highly value and fully trust to consistently deliver brilliant work for our clients. Almost 10 years in I believe Pivotal is in the best shape we have ever been in, despite challenging market conditions. I look forward with optimism in H2 2024 and have high hopes for 2025.
