About us
American Coaster Enthusiasts, or ACE, is a non-profit organization founded in 1978. The group consists of more than 7,000 members from across the United States, Europe, and Japan. ACE is the world's largest ride enthusiast organization that prides itself in its award-winning publication, events, and preservation efforts for roller coasters around the world. ACE holds events, both national and regional at parks across the country and around the world. ACE events are usually highlighted by Exclusive Ride Time (ERT), during which the host park allows ACEers on select rides either before the park opens or after it closes. ACE also publishes two magazines, ACE News, which is a bimonthly newsletter, and RollerCoaster!, a quarterly full-color magazine. Both are included in memberships. Select regions also publish regional newsletters to inform members of news and events in their area. Preservation is also an important aspect of ACE's goals. Believing that all roller coasters are of significant historical value, the organization seeks to relocate or save historic coasters that are in danger of demolition. It is also ACE's goal to educate the public about the historic value of roller coasters and the amusement parks that house them. For more information on ACE and its efforts, please see visit our webiste (www.AmericanCoasterEnthusiasts.org) and check the "About ACE" section.

We were Thrilled to host the ACE Coaster Con 46 Add-On day at Six Flags Magic Mountain on Saturday. Thank you to Jackie Edwards ACE - Pacific Southwest Rep and all the American Coaster Enthusiast that came to the Park. There were a lot of great questions asked of our management team: Jeff Harris, President of Six Flags Magic Mountain, along with Jon Howell, Director of Maintenance & Dorian Holden, Manager of Operations during the Q & A session. Everyone received a piece of X2's suspension ring, and for a few who answered trivia questions correctly, won chain link couplers from X2 (not shown), Ninja and Wonder Woman! The night wasn't over yet, with an ERT at Twisted Colossus, Scream, Wonder Woman and Batman the Ride, even the Cape Crusade was out to greet the ACE members.
