Our program is designed to provide interns with real-world challenges and responsibilities, enabling them to develop practical skills while working alongside seasoned experts in their respective fields. Focusing on mentorship, skill-building, and fun (expect some awesome events), we aim to create a smooth transition from academia to the workforce.
The Intern Capstone Project
The Intern Capstone Project offers interns the opportunity to pursue individual endeavors within their respective departments, while also collaborating on a collective initiative with a singular focus. Our recent interns embarked on a complex sustainability project, addressing a pressing global concern and how BDA has contributed. They blended their diverse skills and perspectives, working as a team to devise comprehensive solutions and presented their final product to the executives.
