What do you do when a region SOARS PAST EXPECTATIONS? Here at Foundations, we celebrate with a 'Family Feud!' 🙌 After achieving over 96% occupancy in the region, teams from Glen Meadows, Taylor's Pointe, Home at Hearthstone, Veranda Gardens, Golden Years, and Terrace View Gardens met to face off in games of Family Feud. We then drew tickets from the crowd to enter the 'Cash Cube' and grab as much cash as you can hold! 💸 Congratulations to 'V is for Veranda' for winning the contest and the 'Terrace View Terminators' for placing second. And congratulations to everyone for such a big milestone! ❤️

This is why we do what we do—bringing smiles to our residents' faces. Recently, we had the honor of fulfilling Robert Graham's final wish of reconnecting with cows. The parking lot at Jefferson Healthcare Center turned into a mini-farm, bringing joy to Robert and the other residents. Celebrating in style across Ohio! From themed days to heartfelt parties, games, and thoughtful gifts, our facilities went all out for National Nursing Home Week. Huge shoutout to the incredible residents and staff who make each facility feel like home and bring excitement into every day!

Wow! The Foundations Health Solutions Food Truck did not disappoint! 🌮 🥗 Our team was so excited to visit McNaughten Pointe in Columbus yesterday and have our first chance at tasting the food from this great team! Bravo! 👏🏼 💜

Another great day of celebrating our Foundations Health Solutions Activities Directors, sharing a meal together, and hearing their thoughts and visions on how we can continue to improve the activities programs we offer our residents. Beyond the discussions, we slapped on some trash bags and splattered paint masterpieces to take home. It was an awesome day with amazing people!

On April 1, 2024 we lost one of our great clinical leaders, Yolanda Scott, a radiant light who touched countless lives with her boundless energy and unwavering positivity. In her 13 years with us, she helped so many people! Though she may be gone, her legacy of love and inspiration will continue to inspire us all to embrace every challenge with a smile. Foundations Health had the pleasure of bringing together our incredible Activity Directors across Ohio! In the north, Chefs Mike and Leland served up a delicious salad bar while we discussed ideas for enhancing our activities program, and ended the day with a fun splatter painting session at Pinspiration Avon. Down south, we enjoyed a big lunch at Forno Kitchen, shared ideas, and then headed to Pinot’s Palette for a sip & paint activity. It was a wonderful time with wonderful people! We truly appreciate our creative and hardworking activity departments statewide!
