A propósito de una invitación de The Legal Industry Reviews para escribir un artículo en la primera edición de la revista In House, he tocado un tema que merece mayor difusión y que comparto en este post. Una estupenda iniciativa legislativa, la Ley 31980, para la promoción de inversión privada en inmuebles del centro histórico de Lima que forman parte del Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación, publicada sólo hace unos meses. Esperamos que muchos inversionistas aprovechen los incentivos que ofrece la Ley y con ello colaboren con el rescate del invaluable Patrimonio Cultural de Lima, empezando por bellisímas Casonas Coloniales y Republicanas, muchas de ellas abandonadas en el centro histórico de nuestra capital. Felicitaciones al Director de Pro Lima, Luis Bogdanovich y al Alcalde de Lima, Rafael López-Aliaga por el impulso a esta iniciativa.
