Accounts Payable Supervisor

CSP's Accounting & Finance Practice is partnering with our client in search of an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team. Located in Savage, MD, our client is a well-known and highly-regarded organization that specializes in the distribution and supply industry. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will be responsible for management of 2 other members of the team and the full cycle accounts payable process.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle accounts payable process management
• Respond to inquiries from vendors in a timely manner
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports, and reconcile discrepancies prior to entry and further processing
• Review invoices for approvals, verify purchase orders, invoice numbers and amounts
• Monitor the timely and accurate entry of vendor invoices by the supporting staff
• Administer and manage the scanning, organizing, and updating accounts payable folders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 5+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable management experience
• NetSuite experience highly preferred
• Distribution experience a plus
