Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing emotional wellbeing services for the military community. We are seeking a passionate Director for Vendor Partner Management, responsible for leading the development and delivery of our Emotional Wellbeing Solution (EWS) program.
Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Oversee the performance of inbound/outbound participant services through collaboration with internal and external vendor partners.
Performance Optimization: Define and measure performance metrics, drive operational efficiencies, and ensure consistent achievement of goals.
Strategic Development: Implement strategies to enhance service delivery, improve participant experiences, and support our commitment to the military community.
Collaborative Management: Foster relationships across teams to resolve issues, enhance efficiency, and drive effective partner strategies.
Innovation and Growth: Drive initiatives that integrate consumer-focused service models, leveraging advanced analytics to improve outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in operations, program management, or related fields, with proven leadership in driving strategic initiatives.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, decision-making ability, and experience in managing multiple priorities.
Background: Familiarity with military culture and command structures preferred; prior military service or family background advantageous.
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (Confidential/Secret or Top Secret).
