Director Of Operations Responsibilities

• Oversee 360 Ops of your stores
• Coordinate with HR
• Lock down all financials
• Drive high-volume business to meet and exceed budget & forecast
  
  

Director Of Operations Requirements

• 7 years in operations, 3-5 at a senior level for a full service restaurant group
• Must be open to relocation to the Upper Midwest
• Scratch kitchen experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Hands-on management style, leads by example
• 50% travel
