What You'll Do
As a Senior Manager Operations Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your work will involve strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with teams to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring they stay on track and within budget.
Develop procedures to evaluate the success of pilot programs and recommend improvements.
Act as the primary point of contact for field teams, addressing issues and suggesting solutions.
Proactively identify potential challenges and work with decision-makers to find solutions.
Create and manage project plans, align stakeholders on goals and timelines.
Utilize internal technology solutions to make informed decisions and drive solutions.
Collaborate with various departments on special projects and initiatives.
Analyze company metrics and provide timely reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong track record in managing strategic initiatives and projects.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in food service or retail operations.
Experience in team management and employee coaching.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
