Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with senior management to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics for measuring operational success.
Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality homecare products.
Optimize inventory levels and distribution networks to minimize costs while meeting customer demand.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Recruit, train, and develop talent within the operations department to build a high-performing team capable of achieving operational objectives.
Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of operational activities with broader business initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between the operations team and other functional areas, facilitating communication and coordination to drive cross-functional synergy.

Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the homecare industry or a related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams to achieve operational excellence.
Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Proven track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
