Director of Operations (Homecare)

 An established Homecare organization is seeking a Director of Operations to contribute to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients and customers! Join their team and be part of a dynamic organization that is redefining the homecare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics for measuring operational success.
  • Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality homecare products.
  • Optimize inventory levels and distribution networks to minimize costs while meeting customer demand.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop talent within the operations department to build a high-performing team capable of achieving operational objectives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of operational activities with broader business initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the operations team and other functional areas, facilitating communication and coordination to drive cross-functional synergy.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the homecare industry or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
