Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of new product ideas from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and execute on go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to internal teams, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.
Requirements
Master of Business Administration
5+ years of experience in a related role
Strong background in Product Development and Market Research
Experience in HR or Finance is a plus
Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive results
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset
