Responsibilities will include: escrow closings of both residential purchase and refinance transactions, preparation of settlement statements and related closing documentation, and funding of refinancing transactions closed remotely. Must be Licensed as a Title Agent in the State of Indiana and a Notary in Indiana. ONLY QUALIFIED candidates will be considered. Skills needed: 2+ years of experience as an escrow closer. Proficiency in MS Office and Soft Pro helpful. Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with existing as well as new clients. Positive attitude. Team player.
