Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has a great career opportunity on our Thalhimer Multifamily team. We are seeking a Leasing Associate in Charlottesville, VA at The Elysian at Stonefield.
Responsibilities Include
Plans and participates in marketing activities to attract prospective residents.
Demonstrates community and apartment/community knowledge and communicates the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.
Greets prospective residents, show vacant/model apartments and takes applications. Assists in the timely processing of applications.
Assists the Community Manager with a number of on-going administrative functions of the community including processing rent payments.
Provides excellent customer service to current and future residents.

Possess an extreme attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
Dependable and flexible! -Ability to recognize areas of improvement and work closely in a team environment.
Ability to relate to people and enjoy customer service.
Other Criteria
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook and have experience with property management software.
Be able to make a difference!
MRI experience preferred but not required.
