Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Coordinator. The Leasing Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to leasing, including assisting with lease agreements, providing exceptional customer service to tenants, managing property maintenance requests, and providing administrative assistance to the property management team. This role is located in Houston, TX.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with lease agreements and property management
Strong customer service skills
Ability to provide administrative assistance
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of local rental regulations and laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Rent Manager software
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
