Managed Care Litigation Counsel

We have partnered with a large healthcare organization in Nashville seeking a talented Managed Care Litigation Managing Counsel. The Managing Counsel will oversee a team of ten attorneys who focus on all Managed Care disputes within the organization. You will act as a strategic partner to the VP of Legal manage the relationships between providers and payors. The Managing Counsel reports directly to the VP of Legal.

The Senior Counsel will advise on managed care disputes between hospitals, physicians, and commercial payors.

Requirements:

• 15 years of experience with Managed Care Litigation.
• Experience working directly with payors and providers.
• Managed care contracting.
• Previous experience leading a team is preferred but not required.
• ONSITE IN NASHVILLE. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED
• Admission to Tennessee State Bar.
