Signet Health, a national behavioral health management corporation, is currently recruiting for an experienced RN (MSN preferred) for the position of full-time Executive Director / Nurse Leader to manage a 13-bed hospital-based, behavioral health geriatric inpatient program located at Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY. The position title is Director of Behavioral Health.
This is a highly visible position with strategic responsibility, working collaboratively with Signet Health and hospital leadership, creating a respected and cohesive program to serve the community.

Desired Qualifications
Experience managing a hospital-based psychiatric program.
Working knowledge of State, CMS, and TJC accreditation standards.
Understanding of / ability to operate under a contract management arrangement.

Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center Geriatric Behavioral Health Unit is a 12-bed inpatient acute-care unitl for patients experiencing mental health issues or dementia. This unit operates with a multiciplinary team to bring the best care to patients.
