Nurse Director, Behavioral Health Services

Signet Health, a national behavioral health management corporation, is currently recruiting a full-time Nurse Director to manage a 13-bed hospital-based, behavioral health geriatric inpatient program located at Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY. the position title is Director of Behavioral Health.

 

This is a highly visible position with strategic responsibility, working collaboratively with Signet Health and hospital leadership, creating a respected and cohesive program to serve the community.

• Budgeting and financial management
• Referral development
• Enforcing compliance measures
• Establishing resources to achieve program goals and effectiveness
• Personnel management

Desired Qualifications

 

• Experience managing a hospital-based psychiatric program. 
• Unencumbered Kentucky Nursing license, BSN required, MSN preferred.
• Working knowledge of State, CMS, and TJC accreditation standards.
• Understanding of / ability to operate under a contract management arrangement.
