Responsibilities:

  • Set strategic direction, vision, and goals for the organization in alignment with stakeholders and shareholders.
  • Lead and oversee all operations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and driving organizational growth and profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, government officials, industry leaders, and members of the community.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, legal requirements, and ethical practices to mitigate risk and maintain integrity.
  • Provide inspirational leadership, guidance, and mentorship to senior executives, managers, and employees to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance its reputation and build strategic partnerships.
  • Manage crisis situations, conflicts, and challenges decisively and effectively, demonstrating resilience and sound decision-making under pressure.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization and advocate for social responsibility initiatives that benefit employees and the community.


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Retail and E-commerce industries, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, set strategic direction, and achieve organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in hiring and promoting talent, building high-performing teams, and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Experience in running business operations, overseeing financial performance, and making strategic decisions to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively, address operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to report to the CEO & Co-Founder, providing regular updates on business performance, strategic initiatives, and key decisions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends, assess competitive landscape, and develop business strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
