The Person
As a Program Analyst you will plan and drive key hardware initiatives across a global cross-functional organization that meet the requirements for a successful program launch.
The candidate must be familiar with server hardware and employ adaptability to ensure schedules align with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Defines, plans and drives hardware deliverables based on management and senior technical guidance
Initiates significant changes to existing processes and methods to improve project and team efficiency
Creates and maintains project management artifacts such as schedule, resource forecast, and risk
Provides comprehensive views of project status updates and facilitates cross development team dependencies
Identify action or mitigation plans for issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle
Collaborates with core teams and execution teams to identify areas that require special attention to identify corrective actions
Collect, analyze, organize and publish work performance data via dashboards and recurring status reports
Qualifications
Adaptable communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly for senior executives and individual contributors / stakeholders at all levels
Experience with cross-organizational project work and with building relationships to enable influence
Strong organizational skills for detailed record keeping
Experience in proactively establishing expectations and ownership for deliverables, as well as holding owners accountable
An understanding of the importance of team dynamics
Ability to function as part of the leadership team for a fast-paced business with multiple competing priorities, and able to adapt quickly to shifts in priority and focus
Strong acumen and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately and ensure compartmentalized communications when required
Academic Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a technology related field.
PMP certification strongly preferred.
