Key Requirements for this role:
Being proactive and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take initiative
High level, customer service skills
Must have knowledge in social media; take initiative with consistent posting on Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset (sales experience a plus)
Understand the needs of clients and be able to articulate them back to core team
Assist with all administrative duties as needed
Driving to and from properties as needed
Pleasant and trustworthy
MLS Familiarity is a plus!
