CenClear, a provider of mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) services, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. Location(s)

1 position based at our MH/SUD outpatient facility located in Clearfield, PA. This position requires travel to other MH/SUD offices as needed. Compensation for time and mileage occurs based on the reimbursement policy.

Hours

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (may include non-traditional hours).

Compensation

Annual Salary Range 57,000.00-$74,000.00

Responsibilities

  • Provides support and training for program staff to fully operationalize the identified treatment model.
  • Assists in establishing clinically excellent treatment approaches.
  • Leads and implements annual training plan in the Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Programs in the assigned region.
  • Trains staff in a manner that encourages and maintains diversity, cultural competency and trauma informed care.
  • Provides leadership for supervisors, navigators, and direct service staff including team building and performance motivation for the assigned region.
  • Participates in required trainings for co-occurring treatment delivery.
  • Completes required reports and attends necessary meetings.
  • Supports CenClear values within their assigned region of CenClear clinics.
  • Motivates staff to meet expected productivity of units.
  • Prepares staff meetings to discuss policy changes and program status.
  • Monitors that all staff are participating in required DDAP and mental health trainings.
  • Conducts yearly performance reviews of supervised staff.
  • Recruits, hires, terminates, and maintains staff ratios in their assigned region.
  • Supervises interns from partnered universities.
  • Where applicable, provides licensure supervision to staff who are licensed eligible to assist with employee growth and retention.
  • Work in conjunction with Director of OP Services to develop and implement policies and procedures to promote health and safety of clients and staff.
  • Participates in program quality assurance by providing supervision to clinical supervisors and monitoring outcomes of consumers in their region. (if appropriate)
  • Reports annually and as-needed on client caseloads and staff ratio requirements for licensure and other identified purposes.
  • Facilitates monthly staff meetings to discuss policy changes and program status.
  • Conducts supervision with supervisors and navigators in the region at a minimum of 1x/month. Where appropriate, group supervision can be used to fulfil this expectation.
  • Promotes compliance with all program performance standards.
  • Promotes compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Participates in collaborative meetings within CenClear staff and departments to discuss quality improvement and quality implementation.
  • Works with OP Director and QA staff to identify, implement, and direct quality improvement strategies within outpatient services.
  • Provide input into making systems efficient regarding the delivery of services.
  • Provides clinical and administrative oversight into implementation of process regarding consumer EHRs.
  • Works with CenClear Departments and community partner agencies to decide upon programming.
  • Works with OP Director to implement programmatic changes based on identified client outcomes.
  • Ensures clinical coverage is maintained for all staff.
  • Coordinates administrative/clinical duties to meet state regulations.
  • Maintains knowledge of new theoretical approaches and treatment modalities.
  • Coordinates with Director of Outpatient and the billing department to resolve any billing issues should they arise.
  • Coordinates and participates in reviews from funding sources and state licensing entities as requested.
  • Coordinates clinical duties and monitors delivery of services to meet State and County Regulations.
  • Coordinates with Director of Outpatient and Lead Departmental Assistant regarding Department Assistants and daily operations of the assigned clinics.
  • Assists and responds to the delivery of identified strategic clinical goals.
  • Provides input in the development of new services and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborates with the leadership team on administrative/clinical opportunities.
  • Participates in planning meetings on a quarterly basis.
  • Maintains working relationship with criminal justice agencies, community, schools, county administrators etc.
  • Attends various meetings in the community to enhance community partnerships for referrals and to build collaborative working relationships with community supports and resources.
  • Integral in staff recruitment and hiring process.
  • Provides relevant feedback to Clinical Supervisors to address productivity requirements.
  • Requests purchasing of required supplies and provides feedback regarding financial feasibility of learning opportunities (conferences, workshops, trainings, etc.).
  • Collaborates with the leadership team to develop, organize, and implement policies/procedures within the mental health programs.
  • Regional Directors may be asked or required to complete billable services to include Intakes, Evaluations, or other clinical services in the absence of sufficient clinical staffing or at their preference so long as it does not interfere with the day-to-day performance of their assigned job duties. Above and beyond wages will be paid commensurate with their qualifications and/or licensure for all hours billed outside of their typical 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

  • A LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT or a licensable master’s degree or above from an accredited college with a major in medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, education, or other related field which includes a clinical practicum -and-
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in a human services agency, preferably in a co-occurring setting, which includes direct service and program planning
  • If not currently licensed, must be able to become licensed within 2 years of accepting the position.
  • Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
