About Our Internship Program:

Lion Street’s Pride Builders Program is a 10-week internship program focused on building critical skills and real-world experience necessary for a post-graduate career. Our interns will learn the ins and outs of the life insurance and wealth management industry while making meaningful contributions as you immerse yourself in our business and develop a supportive network. Our internship program is flexible with school hours but requires a minimum of 20 hours per week to keep up with projects.

About the role:

We are seeking a motivated Research Analyst Intern to join our team and assist in various projects that are essential to our Life Insurance business. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in sales, data entry and researching new business while contributing to the success of Lion Street.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for extensive research on potential clients, including putting together dossiers and gathering necessary client information.
• Assist with Industry meeting preparation, and marketing collateral.
• Work with various departments on assigned projects with set goals and deadlines.
• Join group meetings to serve as a observer, note taker, and help work on projects start to finish
• Scan, file, and organize files on Egnyte drive for various departments.
• Will be trained with various groups on data entry needs, and assignments.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work onsite in our office located in Downtown Austin.
