Support staff member assisting Management and Maintenance with administrative and general functions of turnover, maintenance, preventive maintenance, purchasing, contractor management, exterminations, and resident notifications. Position may require other duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time.
Job Functions
Managing and Scheduling of Apartment Turnovers
Performing Vacant and Pre-Vacate Unit Inspections
Entering of Purchase Orders· Entering/Closing/Following Up on Service Requests
Preparation of Resident Notices and General Correspondence
Scheduling and Notifications for Preventive Maintenance Twice Per Year
Assisting with Filing or Other Office Duties as Needed
Light Duty Touch Up Clean/Bulb Replacements as Applicable
Preparation of Monthly Resident Activities
Management of Package Receipt and Notifications to Residents
Bank/Post Office/ Off-Site Trips as Needed
Qualifications
Bilingual Preferred but not required (English to Spanish)

Excellent Organizational Skills
Strong Planning Skills
Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities while Maintaining Consistent Performance
Extremely strong communications skills, written and verbal
