Restaurant Director Of Operations Requirements

• Track record of strong leadership in high-volume corporate restaurants
• Heavy bar or nightclub volume experience is a huge plus here
• Solid tenure and loyalty in previous jobs, with references to verify
• Detail-oriented leadership who excels in service, quality assurance, and developing a top-performing staff
• Expert in restaurant financials and growing local relationships to help continue building sales
• 5+ years in a similar multi-unit role
