The Senior Director, Medical Education will lead the team towards successfully scaling content supply and user engagement to ensure VuMedi is the top educational resource for doctors. What You'll Do:

• Establish a strategic plan to ensure VuMedi is the top educational resource for doctors
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of various educational initiatives related to content acquisition and user engagement
• Formalize goals and objectives that align with business objectives; define expectations for direct report(s)
• Identify barriers to success and develop new processes to optimize workflow
• Monitors and tracks results; develop and standardize a comprehensive view for the executive team based on KPIs for the execution of the business initiatives
• Participates in key meetings with physician content contributors and institution decision makers where specific challenges need to be addressed with a solution.
• Provides guidance and counseling to assist in continuous professional development of direct report(s); appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

About you:

• Minimum of 7+ years of direct people management experience including hiring, onboarding, supervising and off-boarding
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or device industry (Oncology experience preferred)
• You are well versed in clinical strategy, KOL relationship development, and digital marketing/analytics
• A demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action to achieve results
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Excellent at developing process, reporting and monitoring frameworks
• Thrives working in a fast-paced, innovative environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
• Capable and fulfilled by working in an autonomous environment with high personal responsibility
