THE HIGH LEVEL

Iron Bow Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager to assist the US Army in their migration to Army 365 SharePoint Online. A Sr. Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, direction and coordination of all activities of the designated project. Responsibilities would include assisting designated customers through the migration process from start to finish. This will include assisting in planning timelines, incident management, escalation of issue to vendors, and technical advising. Must be comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment, which means you’ll be given ownership and significant responsibility. Must be constantly looking to improve the customer experience and support the warfighter.

What You'll Be Doing

• You will serve as product line subject matter expert for Quest product line to the US Army customer.
• You will provide frequent updates to US Army on open incidents.
• You will provide frequent updates to vendor on usage, issues, and way ahead for future efforts.
• You will elevate technical issues to the appropriate vendor engineering team and tracks to resolution.
• You will be comfortable with complex problems, a high degree of autonomy, self-motivated, and organized.
• You will be responsible to solicit ideas, gather requirements, write clear and detailed communications, and coordinate across teams.
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience is desired.
• 10 - 12 years in a related technical environment and at least three years consultative IT services selling experience and some project management experience is desired.
• Strong and Effective Verbal and Written Communications Skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project a must.
• Ability to balance a large volume workload.
• Ability to prioritize requirements and meet deadlines.
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• US Citizenship
• Smart, passionate, product/customer focused, you enjoy working with a diverse DoD and industry team to get things done
• You will have a strong drive to work difficult problems to resolution.
• We would love you to have experience with Army 365 SharePoint Online migrations
• We would love you to have knowledge of DISA STIGs, ATO, and RMF processes
  
  

Travel Requirements

• There is approximately 20% travel possible for this position.
