No último dia 28/07/2023, efetuei a compra de uma "Genio S Plus Preta", que veio com problemas. Após perder várias cápsulas de café, desisti das tentativas de fazer a máquina funcionar. No dia seguinte, entrei em contato com a #Nestlé, e aí começou o problema. Surpreendentemente, a atendente me informou que a máquina é usada, e eu tenho a ligação gravada. Descobri que essas máquinas são retornos de clientes anteriores, o que foi uma grande surpresa para mim. Depois de muitas perguntas, surgiu o meu segundo problema. A atendente disse que eu teria que embalar a máquina e levá-la até os Correios para devolução, e que após 15 dias meu valor seria estornado. Nesse ponto, minha paciência já estava bastante debilitada e acabei perdendo a calma. Falei para a atendente que não iria levar o produto a lugar nenhum. Ao perceber o meu nível de estresse, a atendente disse que providenciaria uma coleta.
