Direct Community Impact

Direct Community Impact is a partnership between Values-in-Action and Direct Recruiters, Inc. with the goal of building tomorrow's workforce by empowering future leaders in Northeast Ohio through values-based workforce training and mentorship. DCI trains, mentors, and empowers young leaders in Northeast Ohio and builds a firm values-based foundation in order to lead them to employment opportunities in their surrounding communities. Direct Community Impact starts with the Values-in-Action Workforce Training, where high school students are provided with training, tools and mentorship to mold themselves into successful professionals. Post graduation, Direct Recruiters, Inc. connects this new workforce with leading organizations in order to fill their critical roles. DCI consultants are trained to monitor the placement process to ensure the success for both the individual and the organization. - Empowerment and encouragement for students to be in control of their futures - Training the new workforce in kindness, ethics, self-awareness and respect of diversity and different point of views - Connection with critical roles in leading global organizations right here in Northeast Ohio - Information, education and tools for resume building and job interviews - Ongoing mentorship
