I'm playing Sims Mobile with two devices, phone and tablet, connected to my EA account. I just lost one-day progress when I opened the game on my phone which I haven't used for playing during this day. Opening the game with my tablet didn't help and today's progress seems to be lost.

@realfabiomello How long did it take for them to solve your issue? As in, how long did it take for them to get back to you after they sent your issue to the specialist? Just wondering! All I need is an estimation. I've been waiting patiently for more than 3 days. One email says 72 hours and it's been more than 72. Having a very similar issue here. Also dealing with losing all my progress, only difference is the way I lost it was through my battery dying in-game. (strange right?)
