Congratulations on 8 years at Joss Search, Helena 🎉   Helena has had an incredible journey at Joss Search. Initially joining us in 2016 as an associate consultant, developing into the head of our temp team in London, and most recently, becoming our Executive Vice President and Head of New York in January 2023.   These achievements (and the others of which there are too many to list!) are testament to Helena's ambition and go-getter attitude. Being a leader thousands of miles away, in a new city that happens to be five hours behind the UK is no mean feat but in true Helena style, she's taken it all in her stride and gone above and beyond.   Helena, we're very thankful for all you've done for the business during your eight years here and hope you enjoyed your well-earned break in the Cayman Islands!
