🧑🔬 Tackling the ambitious task of transforming 41 Blackfriars into the UK’s largest pathology laboratory, Mace Fitout & Retrofit delivered a state-of-the-art solution for Synnovis, a partnership between SYNLAB UK & Ireland and the NHS Foundation Trust. This 150,000sq ft project involved fitting out and refurbishing an existing commercial office into a flagship hub centralising non-emergency pathology services. Despite challenges like redesigning for 15 laboratories and reusing existing joinery, the project was completed with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality spaces for staff and operations.
