Big achievements deserve big celebrations! 🏗️ Last month, our team traveled to Florence, South Carolina, for a topping-out ceremony at our AESC site, where over 14,000 of our fabricated tons were installed. This milestone was made possible by the strong relationships we've built with our valued partners and the hard work of our teams both in the shop and on-site. Day to day, safety is our main focus. 🚨 Our shop participated in sessions throughout #NationalSafetyMonth that covered and emphasized safe and responsible practices, including hand safety, ergonomics, fire safety, and more. Our commitment to going the extra mile to ensure the safety of our team will always be our top priority.

We're catching up with Zach Hood in June's #ConnectwithCooper! 👋 Zach is a Senior Project Manager overseeing our Mission-Critical sector. Mission-critical construction primarily includes data centers and other essential facilities that must operate 24/7 without interruption. He stepped into this role almost a year ago, answering the call to provide top-tier customer solutions, no matter the challenge. "I currently hold the title of Senior Project Manager covering Mission-Critical work. This role was developed recently due to the ever-growing Mission-Critical market we have experienced at Cooper Steel. As a Senior Project Manager, I manage multiple data center projects and assist others with fine-tuning the front-end processes as we strive to improve on each and every project. I began working as an Assistant Project Manager at Cooper Steel almost four years ago. Watching the company's growth over that period has been incredible, and I look forward to helping further that growth in the future. The relationships I've made within and outside the company have been fundamental in what makes working at Cooper Steel so special. The pride every employee feels in the company's name and reputation is what sets us apart in this industry."
