Connecting our Community💡🤝 Our mission is centered around connecting our community, and one of the many ways we drive that mission forward is through our Monthly Life Sciences Human Resources Leadership Gatherings. Each month, we host an intimate event over lunch, breakfast, or happy hour, where life sciences HR leaders come together to connect, learn from each other, and share experiences. This month’s meeting, hosted on Thursday, July 25th, is particularly significant. We have invited our attendees to submit their current business concerns, issues, or setbacks. We will then circulate these concerns a week prior to the meeting, encouraging our guests to arrive prepared to brainstorm and provide valuable insights. This monthly gathering is an opportunity to leverage the collective expertise of our network, addressing challenges and driving progress within the industry. We are so proud to announce that our CEO and Founder, Jairo "JC" Carrion, has been appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors - President 2024/2025 at NHRA | Orange County Affiliate! This is a tremendous honor and a significant milestone for both JC and myTOD.   At myTOD, our mission is to foster collaboration within our community to bring transformative support to disadvantaged teenagers. We are so excited to see how JC’s new role at NHRA will allow us to expand our outreach and impact within the community, while continuing to bring our innovative recruiting model to clients in need of support.   Congratulations, JC! Celebrating July Anniversaries at myTOD! 🎉 The beginning of a new month calls for celebration of the milestones of two of our exceptional team members: Cole Magliano is celebrating 3 years at myTOD! Cole, as our second hire, you have been with myTOD since the very beginning. Since starting your career with us, we are so proud to have seen you grow into one of our top-performing Senior Talent Partners. You have been instrumental in building our culture and creating lasting connections with your colleagues, clients, and candidates. myTOD wouldn't be the same without you. Calling our HR Leaders in San Diego! myTOD, LLC is excited to continue its support for such an impactful organization like Just in Time for Foster Youth! We are asking HR leaders to join us in a skill-based training session on August 16th, aimed at supporting young adults from Just in Time.
