It's been 351 days since we launched nova Intelligence (cohorts, customer insights, forecasts). It's also been 92 days since the launch of Intelligence #CreativeAffinity. Beyond the wealth of insights and new data capabilities in #novaIntelligence, the product feedback and new avenues to explore could fill a roadmap through 2030. This may sound overwhelming, but it’s a positive in my opinion. Here are some key learnings from our users at Power Digital Marketing: - Cohorts: Not all customers are equal, but they can be. By breaking down customer value in relation to your product mix and optimizing service timing, you can maximize each buyer's revenue potential - Customer Insights: Often, your actual customer base differs significantly from your target audience. Adjust your tactics to match their interests and behaviors, while staying true to your core value propositions - Forecasts: Perfecting your budget mix is essential. Learn from past data and plan for the future, but most importantly, utilize a model with the highest accuracy to set your business or marketing goals - Creative Affinity: Pinpointing the right format/context/type of creative to maximize customer value on an individual basis is a huge unlock for any brand - and can be unique to every brand. How you position creative to YOUR customer base decides the longevity of your customers, so don't use vanity metrics to inform every asset you create - focus on cohorts that generate the long term value Looking ahead, here are some of the top product avenues Gustavo Peña and I are exploring for the latter half of the year into 2025: - Introducing an "intelligent" chat and reporting environment to deliver instant insights (coming soon) - Leveraging image recognition AI to connect creative elements with performance and customer conversion metrics (e.g., linking LTV to the frequency of dogs featured in your creative) - Meaningfully correlating customer insights with creative content (e.g., customers who enjoy wakeboarding respond better to UGC content in retention campaigns) - Expanding Intelligence capabilities to analyze retail, Amazon, and wholesale channels - Utilizing our LLM structure to uncover industry insights across our client base and establish dynamic benchmarks that evolve over time - Applying our comprehensive learnings from Intelligence to develop the most powerful audience segmentation capabilities to date We'll be publishing more content and case studies around intelligence - Sarah McLoughlin and Ben Dutter have already shared a ton of nuggets around our findings.
