Struggling to boost survey participation? A little creativity can go a long way in motivating people to provide thoughtful feedback. Here are some fun ideas we gathered: "Creating an engaging survey-taking experience, which goes back all the way to choosing the right programming tool. Participants don't want to feel like they're stuck in the 90s with a very old-school-looking survey platform." - Michael Hess "Hype the importance of respondents' feedback and assuring them that their opinion is truly valued. Let people know how their survey feedback will be used." - Daniel Enson "A fun incentive I saw is the chance to win a birthday message on the sports billboard of their choice." - Eric S. Levy https://lnkd.in/gFZJxSxn

Our very own Frank Kelly is on the move, championing this cause and spreading awareness. Let's come together to support this important initiative and ensure our respondents feel valued and respected. #RespondentEngagement #IIEX #MarketResearch #CX
The Respondent Engagement World Tour continues this week with a stop in Amsterdam for IIEX. I hope the message is getting out that we need to take better care of research respondents. I am going full Dutch and riding the fietspad in the countryside which is only about 5K north of the city. The daylight is endless this time of year and the weather is undutch, clear skies and warm. I saw some beautiful grey herons and a new bird I had not encountered before. #virtualincentives #uniquerewardexperience

It's time to ask the right questions! Closed-ended questions can only take you so far. To truly understand your target audience, you need to give them a voice by incorporating open-ended questions into your surveys. These questions enable participants to share their experiences, opinions, and perspectives in their own words, providing you with rich, qualitative data. Blending qualitative and quantitative approaches gives you a well-rounded understanding of your participant's feedback.
