Clinical Trial Project Manager

Job Summary:

Medrio is looking for an engaging and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for sharing knowledge, building relationships through superior project management, and being a customer advocate. In this client-facing role, you will contribute to an evolving Project Management team and manage Medrio's role in clinical trials. This role serves both internal and external customers and requires up to 10% travel domestically and internationally. Ideal candidates have experience managing the RTSM/IRT aspect of clinical trials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer-facing RTSM/IRT projects by leading the planning and setup, maintenance, and closeout phases of clinical trials
  • Oversee EDC, eCOA, and/or eConsent integrations with RTSM/IRT
  • Maintain project documentation including creating Kick-Off Meeting presentations, Project Management Plans, meeting Agendas and Minutes, and overall project timelines
  • Support the change order process by gathering customer requirements and relaying to internal teams
  • Liaise with 3rd party product partners to provide additional services to clients, such as Imaging, CTMS, etc.
  • Serve as an internal advocate for customers and appropriately set and fulfill customer's expectations
  • Serve as a point of escalation for Support case troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance our Project Management Department by participating in departmental process development and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Education and Years of Experience:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1 - 3 years of RTSM/IRT clinical trial industry experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote, US Based
  • May need to accommodate occasional client meetings outside of normal working hours

  • Project management experience, including stakeholder management, project tracking, risk assessment
  • Critical thinking skills, creative problem solving skills and a solutions-oriented perspective.
  • Excellent writing skills both for clarity and style.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Enjoys working closely with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Salary Range: $120,0000 - $144,000
