Role Overview
As a Printing Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in our project estimation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every project. This position allows you to work remotely, offering flexibility while contributing to our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize EFI's Pace MIS software to input customer specifications and generate estimates.
Adjust layouts using EFI Metrix as needed for optimal project execution.
Collaborate with external vendors to obtain competitive pricing on services like installation, die cutting, laminating, and binding.
Work closely with project managers and manufacturing teams to determine project strategies and timelines.
Provide clear pricing explanations to our sales team and clients, offering options for cost optimization.
Review estimates meticulously to identify and rectify errors promptly.
Maintain professional communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Thrive in a dynamic setting, managing workload efficiently while upholding quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in typing (40+ words per minute).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Comprehensive understanding of lithographic and grand format digital printing processes.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Estimating Printing Projects.
