Job Title: Specialist-Level III (.NET)

Job Summary

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Specialist
  • More than seven (7) years of experience in implementing applications using ASP.NET framework, ASP.NET Web Services (ASMX), VB .Net/C#, ADO .Net Ref: NOTE in Project Profile
  • More than seven (7) years of experience in analyzing and debugging SQL queries, stored procedures (eg. PL/SQL code) and working with data in relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL Ref: NOTE in Project Profile

Desirable Qualifications

  • More than five (5) years' Experience in implementing web applications using scripting languages such as Java Script, jQuery, and Angular JS
  • More than five (5) years' experience as system analyst in analyzing existing .Net, Power Builder or COTs applications collaborating with internal teams or System Integrator to produce documentation related to business processes and business rule
  • More than three years (3) experience writing specifications, creating documentation and analyzing Web APIs and JSON.
  • More than two (2) years' experience using business modeling tools to document business process flows
  • More than five (5) years' experience in analyzing pseudo code implemented in various languages such as COBOL or Java.
  • Technical experience with NYC HRA applications such as POS, AHRA, On Demand or NYCWAY
  • More than 5 years' experience in preparing design documents consisting of database structures and data capturing. Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities will include system analysis of existing source code or applications and produce documentation, business process or system flows, and business rules.
  • Arrange programming sequence by analyzing source code, preparing workflow charts and diagrams using technical capabilities, programming language, and logic.
  • Produce data mapping and specifications related to data structure.
  • Produce work products and deliver artifacts in line with business needs and project plan.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Other duties as assigned.
  • NOTE: The justification narrative for responses to qualifications must specifically address how the proposed candidate's unique past projects and experiences meet the mandatory and desirable qualifications. Providing a general listing of projects and descriptions is not adequate.
