Highland Electric Fleets is a comprehensive turnkey solutions provider that delivers electric school buses (EVSB) to school districts and third-party managed fleet providers (3PMs).

Key Responsibilities
Lead the estimation of construction costs for EVSE infrastructure installation
Own, maintain, and improve pricing estimation tools
Provide input on project designs to reduce proposed project costs
Optimize construction standards for cost in coordination with Highland engineers.
Ensure pricing estimation assumptions are in compliance with local requirements
Support the evaluation and selection of contractor proposals
Refine pricing tool based on feedback from construction and engineering partner feedback
Support the evaluation of new construction techniques and products to reduce construction costs
Qualifications
4+ years office based professional experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years office based professional experience
3+ years experience in electrical construction estimation (renewable energy, EV charging infrastructure, electrical construction)
2+ years of EV charging infrastructure project design specific experience and/or construction project management preferable
Experience with software solutions (Bluebeam, AutoCAD, ETAP)
Estimating certification preferable
