Day 1 of our annual SI EQ employee summit was a success! An entire afternoon of peer-led classes, followed by a new experience for many - pickleball! As a remote-first agency, our yearly summit is something I cherish deeply and look forward to every year. I can’t wait for day 2 tomorrow and then to welcome our clients for our inaguaral dealer summit on Wednesday & Thursday!

Excited to have been elected to the National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA) Midsouth chapter as a member of the board. I'm looking forward to helping grow the presence of the chapter and helping educate agri-marketers in the mid-south. #boardmember #NAMA

Next stop - Paris 🇫🇷 My second time in the city, it’s one of my favorite in the world. Inspiring scenery on the train to help me knock out these 6 slide decks for our upcoming employee & partner summits in a few weeks 😌 Then off to Copenhagen, Denmark and Berlin, Germany to finish off the trip before we head home.

Working this morning on a train from London to Edinburgh, Scotland, I'm reminded (as I am almost constantly) of how life-changing remote work can be for employees. 4-5 years ago, I probably would have been laughed out of the room if I asked my boss to go to Europe for three weeks. Now, though, many people like myself are able to see the world while continuing to do the jobs they love. Don't get me wrong - there are obvious downsides to remote work as well. However, the freedom that comes with "work-from-anywhere" is truly life-changing.

One of the coolest uses of brand guidelines we've developed for a client. Can't wait to see the wrap & car IRL! This has been an exciting project to support.

Hopped across the pond and spent the morning with our friends at Ben Burgess & Co. - it was a wonderful morning visiting my first UK John Deere dealership (called a “depot,” as I quickly learned) , and getting to meet some familiar faces in person. Thanks for the hospitality and the tour, Sam R. & team.
